Vinification : Drï is a single-grape white wine voluntarily declassified from a vineyard planted in 1980 -with very low yield. Vinified spontaneously, followed by a 3-day maceration on the skins. It spends 6 months at least mostly in acacia-wood. Drï means “proud of himself."
