Viticulture : Minnes Vineyard Sonoma Mountain AVA. These vines perched on a steep hillside on an east - facing slope that receives the first rays of the morning sun and cools off during the hottest part of the day as the sun crests over the mountain.
Vinification: Grapes are direct pressed. Tank settled for 24 hrs then racked off of gross lees. Fermented in stainless steel tank until dry then aged in neutral oak barrel for 1 year.
