Vinification: Pét-Nat made from organic Mataró grapes harvested in impeccable health. The grapes are macerated for about 12 hours with the skins to extract the desired color. Afterwards, the grapes are pressed, and the must begins the fermentation spontaneously, without adding sulfites or any other product, at a temperature of 15ºC. Before this process is completed, it is bottled and finishes fermenting in the bottle, following the Ancestral Method. The wine is released to the market capped with the same crown cork as at the end of fermentation, unfiltered and without disgorging.

The winery is located in Serralada de Marina Natural Park, just 19 kilometres from Barcelona.
