Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Rouge 2012

 

Grenache 34%, Carignan 33%, Mourvèdre 33%

 

Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel tanks.  Use of indigenous yeast.  The temperature is monitored and controlled between 20~25℃ during the fermentation. This wine is made by free run only. The malolactic fermentation is completed.
