Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2011
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah,
10% Carignan, 10% Cinsault
Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel tanks. Use of indigenous yeast. Blending of 4 grape varieties gave the wine complexity and balance. Free run juice dominated. The light pressed juice was added to bring up structure and fruit concentration.
